ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS:

In accordance with article 484 of the civil code of the Russian Federation the Buyer is obliged to perform all the necessary actions to accept the Goods delivered by the Seller in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

1. 3. The buyer shall within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of Goods to check the quality of the accepted goods. Upon detection of discrepancy, immediately notify the Seller.
At the expiry of this period the Buyer is not entitled to rely on any deficiencies.

RETURN AND REJECTION OF GOODS
PROPER AND IMPROPER QUALITY:
